What is SafetyPhone?
SafetyPhone is a complete solution to
safe handsfree cell phone use in the car. Combining the best devices, with our voice
dialing assistant, safetyphone makes it easy to be complaint with the new laws as
well as be productive in the car.
Why do I need it?
You need SafetyPhone so that you can
be compliant with the new handsfree dialing laws.
As driver distraction is a major
cause of accidents, you also need safetyphone so that you and the people who are
with you in the car are safe.
Is using my cell phone while driving illegal in my State?
Each state has its own cell phone driving laws, so check to see whether
“dialing while driving” is illegal in your State. Remember that even if it’s not
illegal, safetyphone can make you a safer driver.
I have voice dialing on my cell phone, why do I need an additional service?
Many cell phones don’t offer voice dialing,
but if they do then typically it is limited in both the number of contacts you can
voice dial as well as it’s accuracy. SafetyPhone is specially formulated to work with up to 2500 contacts. You can also call your safetyphone number from any phone
– so it’s not limited to your cell phone. SafetyPhone works with any phone.
How do I use SafetyPhone with my “fave 5”?
If you have a cell phone plan that allows you free calls to one or more numbers,
then make your safetyphone number one of these “free calling” numbers.
How do I voice dial?
When you call into your account, you
just say “call” followed by the name of a person in your address book. To import
or add contacts into your SafetyPhone address book, log into your account.
Can I call internationally?
You can only call within the contiguous US states and Canada.
I already have a headset, can I subscribe to SafetyPhone?
